With a private pool and spa, a fully equipped movie theater, and a game room the kids will love, this home is designed for large families and groups to create lasting memories together. Every one of the 15 bedrooms has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet — no sharing, no waiting.
Downstairs: 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry area and formal living room.
Upstairs: 10 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, plus the game room and the movie theater room.

Sonoma Resort is a gated community in Kissimmee, just minutes from The Loop, a premier shopping and entertainment destination off Osceola Parkway. Whether you are exploring Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, or SeaWorld, or enjoying nearby championship golf courses and upscale outlet malls, everything is within easy reach.
Drive times: Disney ~8.5 miles / 15 min, Universal ~15.7 miles / 25 min, SeaWorld ~10 miles, Orlando International Airport (MCO) ~30 min, shopping and dining ~5 min.
### Good to Know
- Check-in 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM; check-out before 10:00 AM. Self check-in with smart lock.
- Pool heat $65/night — request at least 2 days in advance, for the full stay. Please allow 24–48 hours for the water to heat. The heater works by heat exchange and will not work during freezing conditions; no refunds if cold weather keeps the water below your desired temperature.
- BBQ grill $150 per stay — please request at least 48 hours before arrival; guests provide their own charcoal and grill supplies.
- Starter supplies are provided (toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, a small amount of coffee). Please shop for personal toiletries and meals — no seasoning or opened food is left in the house.
- This is a self-catering vacation home — please stop by the nearest supermarket for personal toiletries and meals.
## House Rules
- Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out before 10:00 AM. Self check-in with smart lock.
- Maximum 33 guests. Only registered guests may stay. Minimum booking age is 25.

- No smoking inside the house at any time.
- No parties or events, including birthdays, engagement parties, gender reveals or similar gatherings. Exceeding maximum occupancy or holding a party may result in the reservation being cancelled.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down. A sound monitoring device is active in common areas.
- Pool and spa: no diving, no glass in the pool area, please turn off the water faucet after use.
- No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
- Please keep the air conditioning at 70–74°F for comfort.
- Checkout (before 10 AM): please place used dishes in the sink, gather used towels in one spot, and sort trash/recycling into the indoor bins provided. No other checkout tasks are required — our cleaning team handles the rest. Thank you!
- Please place all trash in the designated bins
- Outdoor security cameras record 24/7 at the front of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.
- Please report any damage immediately and use all appliances and amenities responsibly.
- Any rooms or spaces not open to guests must not be entered.
- Early check-in and late check-out are not permitted unless approved by the host at least 24 hours in advance.
